What data we process

The data you give us through the contact form or by email, WhatsApp or phone: your names, email address, phone number, wedding date and venue, and your message.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, tell you about availability and terms and, if you book us, to manage the booking and plan the wedding. We do not use it to send advertising.

Couples' area

If you have booked your wedding with us, we can give you access to the couples' area with a username and password. What you write there (names, email, phone, date, venue, timings and music preferences) is stored on our Aruba server in Europe and is only used to prepare the music for your wedding. Your password is stored encrypted and we cannot see it. We delete everything once the wedding is over, or sooner if you ask us.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and pre-contractual steps or the performance of the contract when you book us.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If you book our services, for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by law (for example, for tax purposes).

Who has access

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting and email provider (Aruba S.p.A., within the European Union) processes it on our behalf to provide that service.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing, request restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent by writing to marcrodriguez@discomobilmr.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
